Christmas Period – Production Times Slowed

Orders placed between 20 November – 25 December will be subject to slower production times. Instead of 2-4 days for shirt, we can experience production times of up to 9 days. For suits, instead of 4-5 days, we can experience production times of up to 12 days.

Our Site

This Pickashirt website (“Our Site”) is owned and operated by Pickashirt. All images, designs, logos, photographs, text and other materials contained on this website (“Content”) are owned by Pickashirt or our Content providers and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of the Content is prohibited.

Content

Pickashirt will make best efforts to ensure the efficacy of your purchase experience and accuracy of Content on Our Site. However we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of the Content at any time. There may be changes in the Content from time to time. Availability of shirt fabrics are subject to change. Further, our product may vary slightly in appearance from the Content on Our Site due to factors such as the photography, lighting, and computer monitor colour balance. In the event of stock shortage or a change in fabric supply, we will endeavor to notify you as promptly as possible. Pickashirt reserves the right to make changes to the Content on Our Site and to these terms at any time without notice.

Use of Our Site

We make no representations or warranties that Our Site will at all times be available on a server, be error-free or free of harmful components. Customers use Our Site at their own risk.

Delivery of our Product

Our product will be made in 3-4 working days and dispatched immediately via Registered Air Mail. Postage takes 10-14 working days. Pickashirt will not accept responsibility for any delays in the delivery that are beyond our control. Delivery charges are calculated as follows:

Limitation of liability

Pickashirt will not be responsible or liable to you or any other party for:

–     any claim exceeding the value of the goods supplied by Pickashirt;

–     any loss including loss resulting from breach of duty or from failure to comply with specific instructions of care stated on Our Site, catalog materials or on our product;

–     any direct, indirect, or punitive damages (including negligence) that result from your use of Our Site or its Content;

Whilst Pickashirt will make best efforts to ensure that your online purchase experience is safe and secure, we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost credit card.

Additional terms

Pickashirt’s number one concern is your satisfaction. We therefore offer a full refund on purchased goods in certain circumstances. Please refer to our Returns Policy (see below) for conditions on returns.

Privacy Policy

Pickashirt ensures privacy and security in serving it’s customers. All transactions are processed through a secure encrypted connecting using a Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology provided by GeoTrust.

Pickashirt does not collect any of your personal information when you visit our website, including name, mailing address or email address unless you provide it to us and ask us to contact you directly or, if you place an order with us in which case we use this information to process your order and/or to contact you regarding your order.

The Pickashirt website will use cookies during the shopping process to ensure your session is maintained while you are designing garments and adding them to your cart.

Any information provided to us through serving our customers is kept private and never sold or shared to any third party without customer’s consent. We take the privacy of our customers and their personal information very seriously in to protect the customer and Pickashirt.

Returns Policy

> SHIRTS – First Time Customers

You can try out our service with zero risk. If you are not happy with your first shirt, simply return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns must be made within 30 days of arrival. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the shirt is faulty. A return authorisation must be obtained, at which time the return location and instructions will be provided. All our shirts are tailored in Asia, so returns need to be sent there.

Most times instead of refund we can alter the shirt to fit you at no charge – in this instance we will bear the return cost if you send us the postal receipt.

Note that the above only applies to single shirt purchases. If you decide to order more than one shirt up front, you do so at your own risk. Our ‘no questions asked’ guarantee will only cover the first shirt. We recommend against ordering multiple shirts upfront.

All returns must be in ‘as new’ condition, in the packaging in which it was delivered to you. Pickashirt will not accept returns that have been worn or stained.

Note that we add room to your body measurements to construct your shirt based on our discretion and treat each shirt on an individual basis. You can get an idea of how much we are likely to add to your body measurements by reading the ‘Measurements’ page on our website.

Unable To Deliver – If the postal service has made an attempt to deliver your parcel and has been unable to do so, they will hold it for 2 weeks before returning it to sender. You can collect it from the post office or ask them to deliver again. If you have not made reasonable effort to receive your parcel and it is returned to sender, we will not accept responsibly for this, and you will not be eligible to request a refund. As courtesy, we do offer to resend your parcel to you, once it has come back to us.

> SHIRTS – Subsequent orders

If you are a returning customer, and for some reason your shirts do not turn out as well as the previous, you are entitled to return the shirts to us for alteration or remake as long as the following conditions are met:

–     An error has been made by Pickashirt.com. (A 50% half price replacement can be provided where an error has been made by the customer.)

–     Returns must be made within 30 days of arrival.

Returns do not include postage (unless the shirt is faulty). The cost of returning your purchase to us is your responsibility.

‘Perfect Fit’
We have to allow the tailors a working tolerance due to the inexact nature of making a shirt. We allow them to be within 1cm on all measurements entered, other than collar which we exect to be within 1/2cm. We can’t guarantee any closer tolerance than this due to variations between different fabrics and different tailors. We never recommend trying to design a shirt to fit too closely because the danger is is that it may turn out to be at the lower end of the tailor’s working tolerance and be too tight. It is far preferable when designing to allow a bit extra, or at least stay on the high side of the measurement.

Suits, Jackets, Pants, Chinos – Fit Guarantee

Our Fit Guarantee ensures there is no risk in purchasing a suit, jackets, pants, chinos. We guarantee you will receive a garment that fits you perfectly, or your money back.

If for some reason your garment does not turn out like you expected, you have the following options:

–        If the suit is alterable, we will reimburse you for alterations at your local tailor. Suits – up to $75. Jacket s – Up to $65 – Pants – up to $20 (upon inspection of a receipt).

–        If alteration costs are more than this, we will get you to send the suit to us for alterations.

–        If the suit is unalterable, we will remake your suit upon return of your first suit. Return costs will be reimbursed by Pickashirt, unless there is a clear error made by the customer, in which case it is your responsibility to return the suit for the free re-make.

–        Rest assure we will continue to alter/remake your suit, until you have a suit you love, no matter how long it takes. If we cannot achieve this, we will happily refund you.

First Time Customers: Suits/Jackets/Pants/Chinos

We strongly encourage you to order only one garment for your first try, to ensure you are happy with the fit and cut. If you decide to order more than one garment (per person) up front as a first time customer, then you do so at your own risk and our Fit Guarantee will only apply to one of the garments. Note, multiple garment orders for different sizes (e.g. wedding orders) are fully covered buy out Fit Guarantee.

Sales Tax / Goods Tax

US customers, by accepting these terms and conditions, you are accepting the recipient of the supply is responsible for remitting Sales tax. At the time of acquisition, the recipient will be liable to remit Sales Tax and entitled to claim input tax credits.

Australian customers, by accepting these terms and conditions, you are accepting the recipient of the supply is responsible for remitting GST in accordance with Division 85-3 of the Indirect Tax Legislation Amendment Act 2000 – Schedule 3. At the time of acquisition, the recipient will be liable to remit GST and entitled to claim input tax credits. Note that purchases valued under $1,000 are exempt from GST.

European customers, please note that although we are a London based company, our goods are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Thailand. Accordingly, the shipment would be treated as one from outside Europe. In most cases, particularly with lower value shipments, the items will fall under the thresholds and will be not be taxed, however this varies on country to country. If you are concerned that a subject may be subject to tax on arrive, you need to investigate the tax laws in your country. Pickashirt will not be responsible for taxes imposed on shipments that arrive in your country.

Under certain rare circumstances, Pickashirt may adjust pricing on a garment where the sizing is extremely large.
